Michael’s presentation is part of the Shop Shift conference program. In his talk he will describe changes in the customer journey from being either online or offline into an omnichannel customer behavior. Whereas the customer journey usually starts online with inspiration and information, for many products the physical experience is limited to the offline world. Therefore brands and retailers strive for innovative popup and concept stores: flexible and mobile spaces with focus on product experience and individual customer consulting.
